WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Serve as a trusted advisor on HR operations, compliance, and employee relations
- Manage multiple HR project across various client environments
- Develop and implement HR workflows, policies, and documentation
- Support Payroll, benefits administration, onboarding/offboarding, and performance management
- Navigate and ensure compliance across multiple U.S. states
WHO YOU ARE:
- 5-10 years of HR generalist experience
- Prior experience in an HR consulting or multi-client environment
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and compliance
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal direction
- Skilled in coaching managers and handling performance management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, adaptable, and able to manage shifting priorities
- Strategic thinker with sound judgment and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- SHRM or PHR certification preferred
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- 1099 contractor (no benefits)
- 100% remote (U.S. based only)
- Starting rate: $55 / hour
- Flexible part-time hours, minimum 10 hours per week
- Workload and client mix may grow over time
