WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor on HR operations, compliance, and employee relations
  • Manage multiple HR project across various client environments
  • Develop and implement HR workflows, policies, and documentation
  • Support Payroll, benefits administration, onboarding/offboarding, and performance management
  • Navigate and ensure compliance across multiple U.S. states

WHO YOU ARE:

  • 5-10 years of HR generalist experience
  • Prior experience in an HR consulting or multi-client environment
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and compliance
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal direction
  • Skilled in coaching managers and handling performance management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, adaptable, and able to manage shifting priorities
  • Strategic thinker with sound judgment and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • SHRM or PHR certification preferred

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

  • 1099 contractor (no benefits)
  • 100% remote (U.S. based only)
  • Starting rate: $55 / hour
  • Flexible part-time hours, minimum 10 hours per week
  • Workload and client mix may grow over time
